Hazelwood Preschool programs provide quality early learning opportunities to help close the achievement gap of students in transition. HSD recognizes the urgency, providing an opportunity to identify and service displaced preschool-aged children that are four times likely to show delayed development and twice as likely to have learning disabilities.
