    To enroll in Hazelwood you and your child must be residing within the district boundaries. To find the school your child will attend, please review the boundary maps District Street Directory


  • Enrolling Your Pre-K Student

    To start the process, please contact the Early Childhood Education Program at 314-953-7635.

    The Hazelwood Early Childhood Education Program has a variety of programming options for students ages 3-5 years old. All students must receive a free developmental screening to determine which programming is appropriate to meet the needs of your child. Please contact: pat.screening@hazelwoodschools.org to set up a date for this free developmental screening.

  • Enrolling Your KG Student

    Hazelwood offers a full-day, tuition-free kindergarten. Children must be five years old before Aug. 1, 2024, to begin kindergarten in the fall.

    We ask all families to enroll their student(s) through the district's Building-based Online Enrollment. The online enrollment opens on June 3! If you do not have access to technology to complete the process online, please call your school registrar or secretary.

    Enrolling Your Student (Grades 1-12)

    Families who are new to the district (and have never attended a Hazelwood School District school or are re-enrolling a former student) should click here to begin a "New Family" online registration application.

     If you do not have access to technology to complete the online registration, please call your school registrar or secretary.
