    • How Do I Enroll?

      If you are interested in the Early Childhood Education Program, your child must be three years old by August 1st, 2023 and have a DIAL 4 Screening. If you have not had a screening since May 15, 2022, please email pat.screening@hazelwoodschools.org to schedule a free screening appointment.
