I am from the St. Louis area, having attended elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as college/university here in Missouri. I love to laugh, enjoy learning with my students, and look forward to opportunities to go camping (when it isn't so hot!) and work on crafts and read when I can make the time. I am married, have a son going into 6^th grade, and have a gigantic Labrador retriever at home, too. Additionally, we have had the opportunity to welcome a former student into our lives, and he has become family, too. He is a Hazelwood Central High graduate and just graduated from William Jewell College in Kansas City, Missouri, this past June.
