Hello All,

My name is Jeffrey Dean. I am part of Hazelwood East High School's ELA department. It is my pleasure to be teaching your child this school year. I have over 8 years of experience in the classroom. Although I am team "Spartan" now, I graduated from Hazelwood West centuries ago.  I am an alumni  of Harris Stowe State University and currently finishing my masters' degree in Education Administration at UMSL. I am a proud member of the fraternity Kappa Alpha Psi. I love the arts ( music, drawing, media, mma). My goal is to bring the best out of my students. I want them to find their passions and face them head on. I had excellent educators/mentors throughout my educational journey that helped shape and mold me into the man I am today. It is my job to make sure I help our next generation become great as well.
