Ms. Jafari is a fierce advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and sits on Hazelwood School District's Solutions Group which examines issues dealing with DEI. She has strong beliefs around community involvement and believes that children need their village around them to be successful. She often says, "If the children are well, then society is well." She believes in making decisions based on love and not fear and believes in academic achievement for all is possible, including adults.
