I grew up in St. Louis and value this great city. In 2004, I graduated from Harris-Stowe state college and attained my teaching degree. Since that time, I have earned a Masters' degree in Counseling from UMSL and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Maryville University. I have served in the SLPS district for fifteen years. This will be my sixth year in the Hazelwood school district as a Gifted Specialist.  This year I will be teaching AP World History, Engineering Essentials, ACT prep, Sail 8, and supporting students in the AP Seminar.
