Personal Statement

My name is Pamela Keys. I have been an educator for 29 years this year. I am the mother of 2 adult children…1 son and 1 daughter. They are both married and between them I have 7 grandchildren- 6 girls and 1 boy. My favorite things to do are spend time with my family, sing, read, cook, travel and do word search and crossword puzzles.

Bachelor’s of Science with certification in Early Childhood Education

Educational Philosophy

To do my best to nurture and provide a safe haven to grow and learn for my students. Children deserve an opportunity to explore their dreams, learn who they are and be all that they can be without fear of criticism, ridicule or being put down. Educators should be a part of the village that has a positive influence on each child they teach and encourage them to strive to be their best and believe in themselves.
