I have also served as Vice-President of the Galactic Boosters Club and spent three summers as a “Band Mom” preparing nourishing meals for the marching band students of Hazelwood Central High School.

My three adult children are graduates from Hazelwood Central High School.

I have received two (2010 & 2012) Volunteer of the Year (Star Awards) which were presented to me by the Hazelwood School Board of Education.

I have been married for 33 years and my husband is recently retired after 40+ years as a Driver.

    Philosophy of Education

My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, and socially.

It is my determination to create this type of atmosphere where students are invited to collaborate with one another and become great learners.
