Hazelwood West High School

Hazelwood West will be giving sports physicals on Tuesday, February 7th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the nurses office.  Sports physicals will cost $20 cash only.  Anyone trying out for a spring sport must have a completed sports physical on file.  All physicals that are completed after February 1st are good for the rest of this school year as well as the entire 2017-18 school year.  If you plan on getting your physical with us on February 7th, please sign up in the activities office.
