This is my first year at Southeast Middle School but not new to education! I graduated from University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in 1987 and from Rivier College in New Hampshire with a M.Ed in 1991. I went into education because, simply, I love working with children of all ages. I am invested in their social, emotional, and academic growth, and building their confidence in all areas and feeling successful.

Biography:

I am a transplant from the East Coast. I grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Missouri 6 years ago to be closer to my daughter and son-in-law. I am the mother of 3 adult children. My daughter Emilie is 32 years old, my son Nathan is 30, and my youngest son Bradley is 27 years old. I now have 2 grand babies. My daughter and her husband have an 8 month son who lives 12 minutes a way and my son and his wife have a 9 month daughter who lives in New Hampshire. I am ecstatic!

I am also the mother of 3 fur-babies who keep me very busy! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, swimming, walking my dogs, working in my flower gardens and going to different venues to listen to my daughter and son-in-law’s Blues band (Sweetie and the Toothaches if you would like to follow them!).
