Hi, I'm Constance Mann, your school social worker for the 2024-2025 school year.
School social workers are an integral link between school, home, and community in helping students achieve academic success. They work directly with school administrators, staff, students and families to provide mental health intervention, crisis management/safety planning, community resources, and serves as a liaison to outside agencies that may be involved with a student. School Social Workers are trained mental health professionals who assist with mental health concerns by providing individual and group counseling.
