Welcome to Hazelwood East ECE!

Because children learn more in the early years than any other time in life, the Parents as Teachers and East ECE programs work together to lay a strong foundation for future success in school. At Hazelwood East ECE, we collaboratively blend the efforts of school, home and community to create a positive and nurturing environment in order to ensure the maximum social, emotional and academic growth of each child. Our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program emphasizes the importance of children taking care of themselves, others, their school, and the world around them. We strive to create a developmentally appropriate learning environment where children learn to think creatively and become problem solvers in order to make sense of their environments and lives.

Learning is an adventure in early childhood! The staff members at East ECE look forward to partnering with parents and community members to ensure that East ECE is a safe, nurturing and stimulating place where children can learn, create, explore and grow.
