My name is Amy Johnson, and this is my ninth year at Jury Elementary School.  I have 28 years of teaching experience in Hazelwood School District, Riverview Gardens School District, and in Illinois.  I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Education with an emphasis in reading from Southern Illinois University.  My husband and I have two amazing sons that are 18 and 21 years old.  I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with my family.  I LOVE being a teacher, and I am thrilled to be teaching reading!  Please feel free to share questions or concerns with me by contacting me personally at ajohnson1@hazelwoodschools.org or (314) 438-4403.
