This is my 18th year teaching science education. In the past, I have taught middle school science, high school science, chemistry, physics, and high school math! I feel that I have a well-rounded background in teaching. I am happy to be a part of the Hazelwood West Family!!

I am currently teaching 8th grade science at Hazelwood West Middle School. My goal is to assist students in mastering the required content and help prepare the students for high school! It is important to me that students understand and that parents or guardians, teachers, and students work together for their success. So if there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. My plan time is (8:33 a.m. - 9:27 a.m.).

In my free time, I love spending time with my family. I have been married for 29 years. I have two AMAZING young men who are both in college earning a degree in physics and Japanese language. I am so proud of them both!  At home, I have all kinds of animals, from African Spur Sulcata Tortoises, dogs, cats, and one busy African Gray Parrot!
