This is my 3rd year teaching. My teaching career began at Wright City Middle School, where I taught 7th grade math. For my 2nd year of teaching, I went to the Ninth Grade Center in Troy, where I taught 9th grade Algebra. I am excited to be back in middle school and look forward to being a part of the Hazelwood School District team.

I will be teaching the following elective courses: Digital Citizenship/Google 101, as well as Sports Statistics. I intend to teach the students the many facets of Google as well as the importance of their digital footprint. Teaching statistics will allow me to engage students in mathematics and how it can be used in real-life situations.

When I am not teaching, I am home with my husband, our two daughters, and my stepson. We also have two dogs, Dodge and Cadi, both yellow labs. Having two toddlers is very chaotic and keeps me
very busy the majority of the time. We recently went on vacation to Gulf Shores, it was an amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back.
