I am in my 22nd year of teaching in Hazelwood School District. I taught middle school science for 19 years before becoming a Project Lead the Way Teacher. This year I will be facilitating App Creators for 6th grade, Automation and Robotics for 7th grade, and Medical Detectives and Magic of Electrons for 8th grade.

When I'm not at work, I enjoy walking with my dogs in the park, gardening, and cooking. I am starting my first year as an empty nester with both of my children away at college this fall. My husband teaches social studies and drones at Hazelwood Central High School.
