This is my 18th year teaching Physical Education and Health at Hazelwood West Middle School. My teaching career started at Lindenwood University, where I taught a First Aid and CPR course. I transitioned to Hazelwood School District, where I have been a teacher, athletic trainer, and First Aid/CPR certified instructor. 

I teach Physical Education and Health classes to 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students. I have a different set of classes alternating on A and B days. 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have a 6-year-old daughter who is very active and keeps me busy. I enjoy coaching her soccer and softball teams and spending a lot of time outside. My hobbies include fishing, golf, sports, and BBQing. I also have a dog named Lexi that I enjoy taking for walks or going to the park.
