This is my 26th year of teaching, with all but one of those years being in Hazelwood at West Middle School.  I have taught Pre-Algebra and Accelerated Math at the 7th grade level and Math 8 and Algebra I in 8th grade.  For the 2023-24 school year, I will be teaching 7th Grade Accelerated Math and 8th Grade Algebra 1. The keys to success in my class are being prepared and organized, with both being a continual focus all year.  

My wife and I have been married for 23 years and we have two daughters: Elise is a freshman at Truman State University and Brenna is a Junior in high school but will be participating in the early college program at Meramec Community College. Outside of school, I enjoy construction projects, camping, paddle boarding, listening to music, and taking care of our two dogs, Rori and Bella.
