• Application

    The application process for Success Academy, Project Restart, Finish Line, MO-OPS begins at the home schools. Once the student shows interest in a program at the Opportunity Center, then the home school counselor/administrator meets with the student to discuss program options. After, the home school counselor/administrator contacts the student’s parents to discuss program options. Then, the home school counselor/administrator gives an application to the student/parent. The student/parent returns the completed application to the home school counselor/administrator. Finally, the counselor/administrator sends the application to the Opportunity Center.
