Meal Delivery Program Update

Dear Hazelwood School District Community,

We have good news regarding our meal delivery service. Thanks to a waiver from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the district will be able to continue to provide meals at no cost for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year! Additionally, the district will increase the number of meals provided.

On Monday, Nov. 2, two days worth of meals will be delivered. There is no school or meal delivery Tuesday, Nov. 3, due to the election. Beginning on Nov. 6, three days worth of meals will be delivered on Fridays. Finally, on Tuesday, Nov. 24, four days worth of meals will be delivered to account for Thanksgiving break. No meals will be provided during winter break.

As a reminder, the meals are pre-packaged and placed in a bag that includes breakfast and lunch with drinks and can be picked up by the student or a parent/guardian. Bus stop and menu/nutrition information can be located by clicking on the “Meal Delivery Program” link on the district’s website.

Our delivery staff is looking forward to seeing you at your stop!
