District Upgrades Technology for Teachers and Staff
The Hazelwood School District is rolling out a district-wide technology upgrade for teachers and staff.
Hazelwood's Technology Department began distributing 2,000 new laptop computers to staff on Nov. 12, an initiative approved by the Board of Education in April 2018.
The improvements are part of the district's Technology Plan 2017-2022, which ensures the district continues to meet the academic needs of all students and guide teachers and staff in providing learning opportunities that meet those needs.
Technology Department staff have set up a 'laptop swap' site, where district staff can drop off their old laptop and receive all the technical support they need in getting their new device up and running.
