As a part of the Thematic School programming, Ms. Debbie Schultz has gained a new opportunity to challenge and engage our students. Last week, we visited students on campus and witnessed them engaged in their Math 140 class.

During the visit, students were working on a scavenger hunt with operations of polynomial functions. Students worked with a partner to complete a station and then find their solution on another card and solve that problem.  Ms. Schultz stated, "Teaching at STLCC has been a positive experience for me. The activity that students completed allowed them to work together and verify their answers were correct." We appreciate our Hawk educators and look forward to seeing them continue the Thematic School Dual Credit partnership at STLCC.
