I work with teachers to help restore students back to a regulated state, and I help students identify and express their emotions in an appropriate manner. I collaborate with teachers and I help students with restorative circles to build community and encourage positive peer relationships. I also encourage relationship building between teachers and students. l also work with the counselor and the social worker to identify and address student needs.
