Hello!! My name is Twyla Lee. I am excited to embark on my new role as Hazelwood East Instructional Guide.

As far as my educational background goes, I received my Bachelors degree from Harris Stowe State College and Masters degrees from Univeristy of Phoenix and Lindenwood University. I currently hold lifetime certification in Secondary Education.  

Prior to earning the role of Instructional Guide, I spent 21 years teaching in Georgia, Missouri and Illinois. As East's new IG, my main role is to support our amazing teachers to ensure they are providing the best education for our Spartans! 
 
In my personal time, I enjoy socializing with friends and watching the news! I also enjoy spending time traveling and making memories with my family.  
 
I look forward to working with East High School staff and students this year and can't wait to see the growth we make as a team!
