Our students deserve engaging and responsive instruction so they they can learn the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in school and in life.   An instructional coach works primarily with teachers to examine and improve instruction so that students learn.  Students benefit from teachers who are collaborative and reflective practitioners.  As an instructional coach, I engage teachers in collaborative and reflective practice designed to meet students where they are and strategically support them in academic, social, and emotional growth.
