Hello, my name is Lesley Covington and Welcome to Pre-Kindergarten Arrowpoint Elementary. I have over 20 years of experience in education, with a big heart for teaching young students and I’m so very excited to be your child’s teacher this year! My hope is that we are successful at building a community of learning and fellowship among both children and adults through this virtual/distant learning. I strongly believe that children deserve to learn and live in a safe, structured, and loving environment both at school and at home. In our virtual classroom, we will participate in whole group, small group, and individual instruction focusing on character education, reading, writing, and math. We also use independent literacy & math choices, as well as hands on activities on a daily basis.
It is with great pleasure and excitement that I welcome all parents and students into the Pre-K learning community! My name is Ms. DeFrancesco and I teach Title 1 Pre-K at Arrowpoint. This is my 3rd year of teaching early childhood. I attended Maryville University for my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. Some of my hobbies include fitness, shopping, spending time with family, and being outdoors!
Greetings, my name is Robin Gates and overly joyed in welcoming families to Pre-K at Arrowpoint Elementary. I’m so excited being your child’s first teacher at this amazing elementary school.
