My name is Brian Gnandt, and  I am an Instructional Coach at East.  As an Instructional Coach, I work with teachers to help improve instruction and data analysis.  Also in the role, I serve as a mentor for new teachers to Hazelwood and help provide professional development to the East staff.  This is my 23rd year in the Hazelwood School District and 11th year as an Instructional Coach.  Before becoming an Instructional Coach, I worked at Hazelwood East as a social studies teacher, Arrowpoint Elementary as a 4th-grade teacher, and at Arrowpoint and Jana Elementary as an Instructional Specialist.
