Who are we?

McNair is an elementary school, tucked away in a cozy neighborhood in Hazelwood, Missouri.Our school is a family—we care about one another, our students, and our community. You will be welcomed when you visit us! We are a diverse student body which represents at least 20 different nationalities. We celebrate our diversity and are proud of our many cultures.

We will pursue change by:

Committing ourselves to staying engaged and seeking out current conversations affecting our community and society. 

• Reflecting frequently on our instructional practices to address racial equity.

• Making sure our students are represented within our school, literature, media, fine arts, resources, and curriculum.

• Connecting with community organizations to provide families with continuous support.
