Randy Orton went to Hazelwood Central High School in Florissant, Missouri, where he wrestled as an amateur. He graduated in 1998.
Michael Lieber, Hazelwood graduate class of 1973, is making his way into the biomedical field. Lieber is currently a Professor of Pathology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Molecular Microbiology and Immunology, and Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California (USC).
McKenzie Scott, Hazelwood Central High School alumna, is making her way through the engineering field. Scott is currently an analyst for Accenture at their St. Louis office. Accenture helps to solve client challenges by providing services in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
Jovan McBride was within a week of graduating from Hazelwood Central High School when he found out that he had been awarded a $75,000 Dr. Donald M. Suggs Scholarship at Webster University, facilitated by the St. Louis American Foundation.

The Hazelwood Class of 1972 will be having a reunion on October 14, 2017 at All Occasions Banquet Center in St. Charles. Cost is $60.00 a person and $100.00 per couple
