The first day of school here in Hazelwood is just around the corner, and HSD Parent Orientation Night is the perfect way for families to get a head start!

Held the week before school begins, orientation gives parents and students an opportunity to meet educators, become familiar with their school, learn important information, ask questions, and build connections before the first bell rings. Starting the year informed and connected helps families feel welcomed, prepared, and ready for a successful school year.

Plus, families can enjoy an ice cream social as we celebrate the start of a new year together!

Orientation Schedule

  • High Schools & East Middle: Monday, August 17 | 6:00–8:00 PM
  • Middle Schools & GALACTIC: Wednesday, August 19 | 6:00–8:00 PM
  • Elementary Schools & Early Childhood: Thursday, August 20 | 6:00–8:00 PM
