Larimore Elementary Showcases Student Talent at Winter Music and Art Celebration

It was a celebration of music and art at Larimore Elementary School as they presented their Winter Showcase recently.

To bring the year to a close, students in kindergarten through second grade performed songs for their families. The kindergarteners sang “It’s a Small World”, followed by the first graders, who performed “People In Our Neighborhood” and “Won’t You Be My Neighbor?” from Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood. The second grade students put on a performance of Suessical the Musical, featuring a medley of songs.

Larimore’s cheerleaders, the Lady Lions, showed off their cheers and dances to bring the night to a close.

Additionally, the hallways were lined with artwork the Larimore students have been creating throughout the school year.

The event showcased the students’ creativity and talent, and celebrated their hard work as Hazelwood School District heads into winter break. Way to go, Larimore!
