Hazelwood School District Announces Online Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year

The Hazelwood School District is preparing for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year and is encouraging families to complete online registration early to ensure a smooth start to the academic year.

Online registration for returning students in Pre-K through 12th grade will open on April 6, 2026, as well as for new families in kindergarten through 5^th grade. These families can log into their Parent Portal accounts to review and update student information, confirm enrollment, and complete all required registration steps.

For new families 6^th grade through 12^th grade, registration will open on June 1, 2026.

All families are encouraged to complete registration through the Parent Portal by July 31, 2026 to avoid enrollment delays.

Registering early helps the District prepare for the new school year by allowing staff to finalize class rosters, plan transportation routes, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and prepare school resources for students. Early registration also helps families avoid long wait times and additional paperwork that may occur during in-person enrollment events.

“Completing registration early helps our schools plan effectively and ensures students are ready for the first day of class,” said Kristin Bass, Director of Enrollment for Hazelwood School District. “When families update their information through the Parent Portal before the July 31 deadline, it allows us to better support students, assign classes, and prepare transportation and services ahead of the school year.”
