Enrolling Your Pre-K Student
To start the process, please contact the Early Childhood Education Program at 314-953-7635.
The Hazelwood Early Childhood Education Program has a variety of programming options for students ages 3-5 years old. All students must receive a free developmental screening to determine which programming is appropriate to meet the needs of your child. Please contact: pat.screening@hazelwoodschools.org to set up a date for this free developmental screening.
Enrolling Your Student (KG - 5th grade)
Hazelwood offers a full-day, tuition free kindergarten. Children must have been five years old before August 1, 2025 to enroll in kindergarten for the current 2025-2026 school year. Likewise, children must be five years old before August 1, 2026 to begin kindergarten in the fall of 2026-2027.
We ask all families to enroll their student(s) through the district's Building-based Online Enrollment. New student enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is underway. Use the 2025-2026 link below to enroll your child for the current 2025-2026 school year.
New student enrollment (Kindergarten - 5th grade) for 2026-2027 is now open. If you do not have access to technology to complete the process online, please call your school registrar or secretary.

Enrolling Your Student (6th -12th grade)
Families who are new to the district (and have never attended a Hazelwood School District school or who are re-enrolling a former student) should use the links below to enroll your child. New student enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is underway. Use the 2025-2026 link below to enroll your child for the current 2025-2026 school year.
