What We Do

• Recruit, hire, and retain exceptional employees by attracting high-quality, diverse talent and supporting staff throughout their careers in the Hazelwood School District.
• Provide comprehensive employee support by managing onboarding, compensation, benefits, licensure, employee relations, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Develop and empower leaders and staff through professional learning, leadership development, performance management, and coaching to promote continuous growth and excellence.
