Online Free/Reduced Meal Application

The Hazelwood School District Child Nutrition Program operates the Community Eligibility Program (CEP). This means that each student attending HSD can have one breakfast and one lunch meal at no charge.

There is no need to complete a meal application to receive meals. However, some community resources use this determination to provide services. To determine free or reduced status for your students, you can complete an application on My School Apps or print off the application and turn it in to your school office. 

Once the Child Nutrition Department processes your application, you will receive a letter via email with the results.
