Rochelle Dampier is a dedicated educator, proud alumna, and lifelong member of the Hazelwood community who is committed to restoring excellence within the Hazelwood School District. With 27 years of experience working within the district, Rochelle brings firsthand knowledge, deep-rooted passion, and a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing local schools.

Throughout her career, Rochelle has witnessed the district’s successes as well as its struggles. These experiences have strengthened her belief that with collaboration, transparency, and strong leadership, Hazelwood can once again thrive. She is passionate about ensuring that every student receives a high-quality education in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.

Rochelle is committed to prioritizing the needs of students and educators alike. She believes in restoring full accreditation, strengthening academic achievement, supporting teachers, and rebuilding community trust. As both an educator and community member, she understands that meaningful progress begins with listening to families, valuing staff, and working together toward shared goals.

Driven by service and a genuine love for her community, Rochelle Dampier is seeking a position on the school board to help guide the district toward a stronger, brighter future. Her vision is clear: a united district where excellence is the standard and every child is given the opportunity to succeed.
