Minutes from meetings are also posted at that link. Meetings are open to the public and, except when held virtually, take place at the Hazelwood School District Learning Center at 15955 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO., 63031.

Public Comment Guidelines

Those who wish to speak during a public board meeting may do so by completing a patron comment form, which will be available the day of the board meeting. Patron comment forms will be located in the back of the board room and should be submitted to the Director of Communications before 6:30 p.m. During the patron comment portion of the board meeting, each patron who completed a form will be called up to speak at the direction of the board president. Patrons are allotted 3 minutes to speak and should refrain from mentioning specific students or staff members in their remarks.
