Date extension! Due to the district receiving so many great submissions, we have decided to extend the contest submission deadline. The district will accept entries through Jan. 14, 2022. Enter now for a chance to win a $50 gift card!

To engage students and employees in HSD’s three campaigns - Help Hazelwood Get Healthy, Be the Best on the Test, and No Guns in School - the district is launching a contest that begins Monday, Nov. 8, and ends Friday, Jan. 14. This contest calls for students and employees to create posters, poems, stories, graphics, artwork, videos, or other creative projects inspired by one of the campaigns. Participants can choose which campaign they would like to highlight in their work.

An employee and student winner will be chosen for each campaign. Each of the winners will receive a $50 gift card courtesy of the contest sponsor Buckeye International. Additionally, all participants who submit eligible work will be highlighted through HSD communication channels.
