Every productive path in life involves some sort of learning. Teachers should strive to keep every door of opportunity open for their students by giving them the tools they need to take control of their own learning and decide their own paths in life.  

Personal Statement of information

Hello Jamestown Jayhawks! 

 I’m Mr. Mayberry. I have been working as a teacher since the 2006-2007 school year and have also coached soccer at the high school and college level. I enjoy playing guitar, writing songs, and producing music. I’m looking forward to working with Jamestown Elementary’s students, their families, and my colleagues during the 2023-2024 school year to make it an awesome year full of learning, positive experiences, and excellence. 

This year I will be teaching 5th grade. We’re going to do our best each day to be prepared for middle school, high school, and beyond!
