Hello Southeast Middle School family!  My name is Jeremy Ellis, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal for the 6th grade.

My journey in education began at the University of Missouri (MIZZOU), followed by earning a Master of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University. I completed my educational path with an Educational Specialist degree in School Administration from Lindenwood University.

Starting my 14th year as an educator, I have held various roles, most recently serving in University City. My experience includes being a Principal Intern and Physical Education/Health District Facilitator at Pershing Elementary School, where I focused on instructional growth and program development.

When I’m not at Southeast Middle School, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Brittani, and our two sons, Jeremiah and Braiden. I love going to the gym, cooking, eating, listening to podcasts, and binging Netflix series. My goal is to inspire our students to be lifelong learners.
