The Seniors Taking an Active Role with Students (STARS) program is one way the Hazelwood School District says thank you for your support of our schools.  It allows district residents, age 60 and over, to attend any regularly scheduled school-sponsored home sporting event, musical performance or theatrical event free of charge.

In order to enroll in the STARS program, please complete and mail the STARS Membership Applications attached below to Communications and Public Relations, Hazelwood School District, 15955 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO 63031.  If emailing, send to HSDCommunications@hazelwoodschools.org. Upon receipt of your application, your STARS membership card will arrive by mail in a few days.  Please show this card when entering a Hazelwood School District event.
