Hazelwood Southeast Middle School will kick off its Parent involvement Activities with Family Activities to Motivate and Increase Literacy of Youth (FAMILY), Thursday, November 18 from 12:55 to 2:45 p.m. and Saturday, November 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event will feature guest speaker Chris Martin, a 12-year National Football League alumnus (Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Rams, Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints) and Director of the not-for-profit, Heroes of the Locker Room (HOTLR). 

There will be food, prizes, giveaways and fun. Events will include basketball, passing games, an obstacle course, a punt, pass and kick session, double-dutch, stepping, karate, a dance clinic and much more. All activities are facilitated by members of our community and former NFL players.
