Arrowpoint Elementary School PTA hosting Family Health Night
 

The Arrowpoint Elementary School PTA is hosting Family Health Night on September 13 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Family Health Night features activities for students and families, nutritional information, tips on being active, suggestions for healthy eating and demonstrations of Zumba, a Latin-inspired dance fitness program. The night also includes details about Jump Rope for Heart and representatives from the YMCA and Live Well Ferguson.
