Application Process
 

External Employment Opportunities | Internal Postings Only

Administrators


 

 

External Applicants

  1. Complete an on-line application.
  2. Be sure to upload your resume, cover letter, transcripts, and certification (if applicable) to your on-line application.
  3. If you have completed an application through the REAP system, it will still be necessary for you to complete only the required information on the on-line application for the district, so that we may attach your REAP application to our files for review.
  4. Upon submittal of your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

Internal Applicants

1.   Complete the on-line internal application.

2.   Be sure to upload your resume and cover letter to your on-line application.

3.   Upon submittal of your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

Please Note:  Administrator applications are only seen by the Human Resources Department and the appropriate Hiring Manager.

 

Teachers


 

 

Outside Applicants

  1. Complete an on-line application.
  2. Be sure to upload your resume, cover letter, a complete set of transcripts, Missouri Teaching Certificate(s) or letter(s) verifying your eligibility, and placement files or two letters of recommendation to your on-line application.
  3. If you have completed an application through the REAP system, it will still be necessary for you to complete only the required information on the on-line application for the district, so that we may attach your REAP application to our files for review.
  4. Upon submittal of your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt.

Transfers

1.   Complete an on-line application.

2. Go to internal postings and create an account.

3. Use a five-digit number for your employee ID.

4. Once all account information has been completed, you will be able to access all internal postings.

5.   Requests for transfers will only be accepted during the dates outlined on the posting. 

 

Substitutes


 

 

As a substitue you can:
•   Determine the days you wish to work.
•   Work part-time and serve the children of our district.
•   Gain experience in the educational environment.

Requirements for a substitute teacher:
•   60 College credit hours form an accredited college. 
   30 credit hours must be in the core classes. (i.e. math,
   science, social studies, English)
•   A substitute teacher must work at least 10 days during the first
   semester (August - December) and 10 days during the second
  
semester (January - May). These days will be prorated according
   to your hire date. If this is not fulfilled you will be inactivated and
   will have to wait a year to return.

Requirements for a substitute nurse:
•   Bachelor of Science in Nursing
•   Current Nursing License
•   A substitute teacher must work at least 10 days during the first
   semester (August - December) and 10 days during the second
  
semester (January - May). These days will be prorated according
   to your hire date. If this is not fulfilled you will be inactivated and
   will have to wait a year to return.

Requirements for a substitute clerk:
•   Some computer knowledge
•   Flexibility

To apply as a substitute:
•   Complete an on-line application.

   confirming receipt.
