The Hazelwood School District STARS program is one way we say thank you for your support of our schools. It allows district residents, age 65 and over, to be our guests at any regularly scheduled home sporting event, musical performance or theatrical event free of charge.

Upon receipt of a completed STARS membership form, you will receive your STARS pass in the mail within a few days. Please show this pass when entering a Hazelwood School District home event. If you have any questions, contact the Communications and Media Relations Office at 953-5045.
